Our world is continuously changing in terms of lifestyle, technology, education but there are major problems that still exist, and is very hard to beat them. Poverty, malnutrition, medical facilities, education are some of the major problems that deprived urban communities and rural populations face..
We humans are social animals and we always tend to live in society but everyone’s condition is not the same. Many people suffer and are not capable to fulfill the basic needs of their families. According to UNICEF, around three million children in the world die due to hunger in a year. An estimated 5.2 million children died in the last year from treatable and preventable diseases. Even though we have advanced technology and medical facilities, rural people do not have access to these facilities and they can’t even afford these facilities. To make our society strong and future-ready, children should be educated.
A major challenge we are going to witness in the near future is climate change. It’s already alarming for us, if we do not take the necessary steps now every living organism will suffer from that.
We civilized and educated humans should be future-ready and always strive to protect our mother Earth. If we don’t take the necessary steps now we will be destroying our own habitat.
To address this concern we started Million Trees and Billion Smiles as an initiative to make people aware of climate change and also remind them to help poor people. The concept is simple to let’s grow and help others grow. Society will be more peaceful if every child is educated and every family has the capability to serve food. All we want is beautiful smiles on the faces of innocent people.
To bring the change in society someone has to take leadership to spread awareness and that is what motivated us to start Million Trees and Billion Smiles.
